Missing Wallet Tile from Charge 3 in UK

I’ve just bought a Special Edition Charge 3. I’m in the UK and synced the device to my iPhone 6S. I’m trying to set up card payment but the wallet tile is not showing in the settings. Can anyone help me please?

Hi where do I set my region to Sweden? having the same problem no wallet tile.

Try this:
Top right corner, view profile, personal
Then restart app
I think you have to wait a while, maybe overnight even, before the wallet tile appears.

Hi there,

 

I don't have the wallet tile.  I have the special edition HR3 and the band says that it has fitbit pay.

 

I followed all the information on this post regarding setting the app on my phone and computer to Canada.  On my iPhone, I set it to Canada and log out, turn off Boothtooth and turn off my phone and when I start everything back up the location is back to "add location".  I add Canada again and log out, turn off Bluetooth and turn off phone, but I can't get this to stay on "Canada".  Please help!

Hi there,

 

It is now the morning and my Fitbit has accepted my country.  I have tried again to follow the steps to get the wallet to show, but still not there.  I have logged out, turned off Bluetooth, shut down phone and restarted everything.  Could it have something to do with my iPhone?  It is a 5C which is an older phone.  Could this be the problem?  Fitbit person please help!

This fixed it for me. Tried everything else but the wallet tile only showed after changing the region in the iPhone settings/General/language & Region.

I’ve tried everything.

 

1-Installing/uninstalling the app.

 

2- Logging out app. Turning Bluetooth off and then the phone. then turning everything on again. 

3- My location setting is Oregon. So it should work right? NOT.

Hi, 

I have been reading these forums and I am missing the wallet tile too. 
I’m in the UK but tried setting my location to Sweden as you suggested and restarting the app, logging out etc.

 

i have an iPhone 11 and the latest Fitbit software. Thanks.
