Missing heart rate and activity tiles from app dashboard on Galaxie S9

As of this morning, the heart rate and activity tiles have disappeared from the app dashboard on my Galaxy S9 phone. The information does appear when scrolling through the screens on the Charge 4 device.

In edit mode they do not appear in the list of tiles to add to the dashboard, in the phone app or on the website. Since the website dashboard does have the heart rate and activity info and the tracker can display it in the scroll down screens, I know the Charge 4 is collecting it.

How can I get the tiles back on the dashboard?

If not in the Edit Mode 'Additional Stats', only other possibility I can think of is try the Discover tab at bottom of Today screen and look for a tile of 'Health & Fitness Stats' and tap that to look for tiles to add.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
