Hi, I've been a Fitbit user of several models since 2015. I currently have a charge HR 3.
Last week I noticed 2 horizontal lines were missing from the screen then 2 days ago multiple white lines all over the screen and it has been less responsive. I take my watch off to shower/swim and it has not been knocked or damaged during the time of these issues.
I've read the other posts and The reboot and clear data are not working for fixing the screen. I'm an android phone user and the reboots have helped with the messaging and alerts coming through to my watch so a small bonus.
Any other help or advice available?
