Missing personal data on the Fitbit app after phone upgrade

Hi I have upgraded my phone and. Oh my page is only showing calories and no option to change settings my pic and all my previous history is not showing? Can anyone help please.. I have tried to log out and switched phone off then log back in but it’s just still coming up with the same screen. Thanks kelly

@holmeskelly Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your missing data on your account. This could either happen if you logged into a different account using a different email address (it happens when you are used to just open the app and sync, once you have to actually log in a different email address is entered creating a new account that is empty) or if you removed the tracker from your account. For the first scenario log out from the app and verify that the email is the same you get your weekly reports to ensure that it is the correct one. For the second scenario simple setup the tracker again by following these instructions.
