Missing pixles on my charge 3.

Been happy with my charge 3 and over the last week I have noticed a line of missing pixles at the top of the display.  It affects the display of the time. Is there a fix for this?

I'm having the same problem, and it also started this last week. What is going on? Did an update ruin my Fitbit?

Not sure, hopefully there is a fix to this.

Have you tried to reboot your Fitbit from the settings section of the device? I did and it didn't help, but it's apparently one of the troubleshooting steps, so you might as well try it if you haven't already.

I'll give it a try, but I've seen 2 replies that said it didn't work. How
bad is it on yours. I can still read the time, but it will probably get
worse. Hopefully fitbit will contact us.

It's pretty darn bad. Too many lines to count now and the bottom half of the date of my screen is missing. I can't read text message notifications anymore because the words are all sliced up. It's crazy, it only started out with one line at the top of the screen, and it's been progressively getting worse. I think if this keeps up the whole screen will be dead pixels within another 1.5 weeks.

Good luck. I just got a discount code and that's it. Too bad,so sad the
replacement they gave me got these horrible lines. Here's $30 off a new
Fitbit you can't afford. Gee, thanks Fitbit. -_- Sorry for the attitude,
still upset about it.

I'll post if I hear anything from Fitbit customer service. I have to dig up
my paperwork to see if its been over a year.

I'm having the same problem and I've only had my charge 3 for 6 months.....I'm not happy it is cutting off both top and bottom of the time and my messages.
