My fitbit is very low on battery, I am at my parents and unfortunately do not have my charger. I have started using the Mobile Tracker function so that I can ensure my steps are recorded. However, when I just got back it reset my steps back to what my charge 2 says and not what the Mobile Tracker recorded. Is there anyway to stop the Charge 2 overwriting the Mobile Tracker information?

@Bexyh91 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 overwriting your MobileTrack steps. Since the tracker is considered more accurate than your phone (in normal everyday use you may not have your phone on your all the time) this may be the reason the steps are being overwritten. You could try removing the tracker from your account during this period where your tracker doesn't have a charge or just allow it to completely die (may continuously press the button when you are watching tv to help the battery discharge faster).
Let me know how it goes.
