Monthly kilometers are incorrect

This has been happening for a while now. I will enter the Fitbit app and go to the exercise section to view my monthly km. I go across the months and for example in October I had 102km, then it suddenly changes and becomes 42km, showing I have 0km for days I know I logged runs. 

If I close the app and come back it still has the 42km number. If I close the app and return another day, it shows the 102km, and then switches back to 42km.

@emchiara Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your distance data on your Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone do you have and which OS version is it running? Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If you are using an Android device you can clear the apps cache data (go to settings > apps > Fitbit).
