My Charge 2 didn't track my sleep accurately

Last nights sleep tracking shows me sleeping until 6:30am. However, I had to get up at 4:30am to take my wife to emergency clinic. Why would my Charge 2 say I was still asleep from 4:30 to 6:30

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @Geezerbill.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 2 when tracking your sleep.

If this is the first time your Tracker records wrong sleep data, please perform a restart by following these steps.

In addition, you can set your Fitbit device to track sleep in a sensitive mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".

If necessary, you can edit your sleep logs for that day. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?".

Hope this helps.
