The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

restart phone
restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
"forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

Once you get it syncing again the time will sort itself out.

Mine is syncing but not updating time to proper time zone. Will call customer support. Thanks for all the Suggestions SteveH Mary
