My Charge 2 does not change to Italy time

I live in the US and am in Italy for vacation. Every time I resync my Fitbit, the time does not change to Italy time. My family and I tried everything. Is there a way I can change the time?

Hi @katier487. Did you change the time zone on your phone?  Most fitbit’s are set up to automatically set time from the phone when syncing. Let us know and we can troubleshoot from there.

You can manually change the Time Zone.  The time is set automatically when you sync with your phone.

 

Go to the App and click on Account at the upper right.  Then, click on Charge 2 and then on Advanced Settings and set the Time Zone manually and then sync your tracker.

@katier487 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I apologize for the delayed response.

 

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 doesn't change to Italy time. I noticed that you contacted Customer Support already. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide assistance as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you haven't done it already, please log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in. Once completing this procedure, set up your Tracker as a replacement device by following these instructions:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
