I received a replacement band a while ago. Well, today that band failed and the whole watch fell off (and I didn’t notice until later). I’ve lost my entire Fitbit charge somewhere in the city. I’m so upset that not only did it break again, but now I can’t even replace the band because the entire watch is gone! I’ve been through three Fitbits!
