It's nice to see you around the forums @deb17, hope you're doing good! Thank you for all the troubleshooting you've tried to fix the time zone issue, nice way to go.
Let's try something different, all right? Here we go... If you use a mobile device to sync, check if you have the automatic time zone enabled in the settings of the phone, if not, I suggest turning that option on so the Fitbit App can pick up the information from the Internet and set the time in an automatic way.
Additionally, check if the automatic time zone is also set in your Fitbit App. Here are the steps:
1. Go to the Settings in your phone and tap on General:
2. Select the Date & Time option and verify that the Automatic time is on:
3. Go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account, then scroll down and select Advance Settings, there you'll find the option to set the Automatic time:
If that doesn't work, I'd recommend trying to update the time zone online by going to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile. Don't forget to sync after you change, maybe this helps to update the time on your app and tracker.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome!

I went thru the settings and found the location button turned off. Reset it to on and then synced HR with phone app and now the time is correct. Thank you

My fibit Charge 2 has been losing minutes for the last 3 hours. I keep syncing to the app, have Auto detect time zone on,(but it keeps turning itself off in the app). Running 22.22.54.6. What is up with this? Am I the only one?

I have tried everything suggested but my Charge 3 still runs permanently 1 minute late. Very irritating when alarms and reminders activate after I have reached for my phone to check them out.

Hi I am having the same issue with my ionic. Over the past few days I have tried all the suggested methods of correcting this so far as to remove the watch from my device and re add and now finally my ionic won’t even connect at all.
