Feeling extremely frustrated.  My Charge 2 was working fine up until last Tuesday, really not sure what to do.  I have followed all the advice, removed the app, checked the Bluetooth settings, yet after the 4 digit code I get nothing, can anyone help?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I've tried everything in the support section, even customer services have given the same advice which doesn't work, seriously considering binning it.

Thank you for your suggestion, sadly this hasn't worked, I'm at a loss, thinking of binning this, too many synching issues:(

If customer support can't help then I don't know what to suggest. I assume you are no longer covered by the warranty so customer support are not able to replace it?

Sadly I'm out of warranty.  Everything was working perfect until the recent Firmware update, not that it let me update, extremely frustrating.

Thank you for your assistance.

I have a samsung J2 Pro

My old fitbit charge 2 stopped pairing, I went through everything uninstalling, unpairing, trying to sync to computer, etc.

Anyway fast forward, someone walked me through replacing it after trying everything. Yesterday my new fitbit charge 2 came in the mail.  I charged it, paired with my phone it tryed downloading software onto the fitbit, I got a fail  tried syncing tried syncing, NOTHING, uninstalled the app, cleared cache, unpaired, tried to repair NOW NOTHING, gets up to the 4 numbers to enter and never gets further.  I would think this is just a phone issue but it won't do anything with the computer either.

I have used fitbit for so many years and this is just frustrating.
