My Charge 2 is not connecting phone

My fitbit charge 2 is struck at connecting,when enter the code in mobile connecting process  after some time time out or try again.I face this problem so many times

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not setting up with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleThe setup needs to be done via the Fitbit app not the bluetooth settings. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
