My Charge 2 is not showing walks

my tracker will not show my walks. I have it set for 10 minutes and have always walked further than that but it will not show the walks

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you are still having difficulties to track your walks, please restart your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these instructions.

 

Please be aware for your device to count steps during a walk or run, your arm must swing back and forth as you move. If you need both hands to push a stroller for example, or if you hold a dog leash with the same arm that you wear your device on, you might not get accurate readings.
