Can anyone tell me ,besides throwing my charge 2 away,If there is another way to clear and get,updated Info posted ? I've reached out to customer service but for some odd reason I lost her.

Having same problem recurring. Customer service has been good/helpful so far, but it is tedious. Some helpers are better than others. Let me know how it works out. Good luck

Hey @MrsG2014, it is great to see new faces around! I'd like to help you out, but first, I'd like to know what exactly do you mean when you say that you can update the info on your Charge 2. Does that mean that you want to sync it but you can't? Or what is exactly going on with your tracker? And what have you tried to fix it.
