My boyfriend bought me my Fitbit Charge 2 for Christmas.   I have been dealing with it falling off my wrist for months,  and actually lost it at a hotel once.   Fortunately,  the housekeeping staff found it and I was able to get it back.  Sny way to get it replaced?

When you say that it falls off, what is disconnecting when it falls off. 

As for being replaced yes this is possible and Amazon has many options for replacement bands. Or you can check the Fitbit store.

The band detaches from the Fitbit. It's just over 6 months old. It has been doing this for several months.
It just falls off.

This is common and can be caused by a bent clip or loose screw. In either case for under 10USD a new band may be purchased from Amazon. 

Users asked for replaceable bands so that they may have options to switch.
