Hi,
My Charge 2 has stopped recording any data and displayed very slowly since yesterday.
I already restarted my device many many times. Connecting cable, press and hold the side button and see firmware version (22.55.02) and logo mark, but slowness is remained.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
My FitBit is also doing the same. Not responding to any activity. It's like the whole system is slow. Until today I didn't charge my FitBit for a month or two and it's really slow. I've tried restarting it and it's still really slow. What do I do?

My charge 2 is also doing the same. I've restarted it 3 times and it's still respond slowly. I didn't wear it for 1-2 months and now I've charged it for the first time in a long time it's slow. It's like the system itself is slow.

Welcome on board @QueenAli! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is not working properly, thanks for already troubleshooting it. Nice way to go!
While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you stopped wearing your tracker for a while? If so, what I guess here is that probably your tracker ran out of battery. Have you tried charging it at least 1 hour? Even if you don't get anything on the screen I'd recommend charging your tracker at least 1 hour to see if the battery icon comes up after that period of time. Charging fully takes about one to two hours.
If after the 1-2 hours you don't get anything on the display, check if the contacts on your tracker or charging cable are not dirty. Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a charge. Try cleaning them by following these instructions.
How do you charge your buddy? Have you checked if by any chance the USB port or outlet is faulty? If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.
If so, plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the watch until attaches magnetically.
Give this a shot and let us know the outcome!

I did not use my charge 2 for 1 month and since today morning, I am facing this same issue. My battery is fully charged.
Problems I am facing
1) It is not counting steps, hear rate etc. It is displaying 0 for steps, and -- for heart rate
2) Screen transition is lagging when I am pressing the button to navigate through screens. For example : Steps screen to Heart rate screen. It changes screen very slowly
What I have tried
1) I tried restarting Charge 2 many times.
2) Re installed app in my phone
3) Removed my device from my account.
4) Tried setting it up as a fresh device in my account.
Is there a way I can reinstall the Firmware?
Please help.
Best Regards
Chetan Sharma
