My Charge 2 shows incorrect date and time

My charge 2 is showing an incorrect date and time.  I don't remember how to fix that or sync it and cannot find anything on point in help.  I did reset it, but that didn't change the date or time. I don't care about having the info in an app or tracking it, I just want to use it as a watch and see some basic info on it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @KNM1995.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

Your Charge 2 should show the same time and date as on your phone. For instructions on how to fix the time, please visit this article

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1638232245998.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.
