The strap on the top side keeps separating from the device. I checked manual and believe I have reconnected it several times. Is the band the problem and I can get a new one or is it the locking device on the Charge 2?

I've also been having this issue recently. I've had mine for about 11 months.

One side of my strap keeps disconnecting, the other is fixed solidly so I can’t see inside how the fixings should look. The ‘bad’ side just doesn’t fit together at all now, looks like the device side should have a piece sticking proud to slot into the strap. I’ve had the Fitbit charge 2 since 16thJune 2018 and have my email receipt.
Iv’e taken photos of the strap fitting and Fitbit device fitting but can’t see how to attach them here. I could email them if there’s an email address to use.
i really love the Fitbit and hope you can help me.

I bought my Charge 2 in January 2018. It was discounted because I had problems with two Charge HRs which fell apart. Around July 2018, I started having problems with the band. I Received a replacement in August. Now I'm experiencing the same problem with the replacement band. I like the functionality of the tracker, but I don't intend to keep spending more money for essentially the same problem. What are my options?
