It works fine for one week after didn’t use for almost 1 year then suddenly it can’t restart even connecting to charger.

Hi @angonlinebiz if you haven't kept it charged for a year, your battery may be done with. 

You may have to leave the unit on its charger for a few hours before any life is seen, then a restart will be needed.
