Sorry. I didn't finish that !
It is unable to pair and I need to check my device settings.
I have been online and followed all the advice for unpairing my Fitbit, deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, turning my bluetooth on and off etc. But nothing works 😖

I've been having the same issues and it's driving me nuts. I've had a Charge 2 for years and I never had this issue until the recent update. Nothing works, despite following all the official instructions (same as you)! This has rendered a useful tracker mostly useless and I don't feel like using it anymore. Fitbit, please fix.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with my phone and I accidentally marked this as resolved which it isn't. I reposted my question again and am yet to receive a reply with a solution.
Apologies for the confusion.

I'm glad it's not just me ! I have no idea how this can be resolved.

No worries. I scrolled down and saw that this is definitely a Fitbit software issue as tons of people are having the same problem right now. So I think we can just give up on our side and wait for a solution.
