Hi Everyone,
I am stuck with my Charge 2 that won’t synchronize either with my android phone or my windows 10 app.
I tried to restart the tracker following the instructions on line but nothing.
I haven’t been using it for a month and a half and before that it was perfectly functioning.
Any ideas?

I seem to have sorted the issue on my own!
I changed password and re-logged in with the new one, in addition to all other things I did before
