My Charge 2 wont hold its charge!

My Charge 2 will charge and indicates that the battery is at 100% but within 5 minutes it turns black and shows battery at zero needing to be recharged. 

 

This is just started to happen yesterday. Was working perfectly fine and suddenly this. Any suggestions?

My Charge2 started doing this 4 days ago.  I have tried the various methods mentioned in the forums.  Restarting, cleaning contacts, charging using the computer etc?  Mine keeps a charge for 10 minutes or less and then goes blank.

Must be a trend.  Mine did same thing.  Gave it a cleaning and let charge, but in 10 minutes dead.   Going to let charge longer,  but betting its a goner.   Many say 2 years is lifetime for them even though some get longer  mine is 2 years and 22 days old.  Sad no easy battery change or one that is approved by vendor
