Whatever I do it won’t turn on. I tried every step it said on the internet but nothing worked. It will show that it’s charged and it’s synced but once I take it off the charger it just stays black and won’t turn back on!! I haven’t used it in a while so maybe that’s why but it’s only a little over two years old. Please help!!
