I haven't used my FitBit in a month or two and I went to charge it today and it's showing no signs of life. I've went through all the steps I can find like cleaning the pins and holding for 20 seconds to restart but still nothing.
I've also tried it on my spare charger I ordered a while back and I'm having the same issue, so I know it's not the charger.
I saw someone that if it was at 0% to leave it for 30 mins and check again, but it's been on charge for over 4 hours now.
Can someone help? I'd really like to have it working for tomorrow. Thanks.

Hi @kerrtravers,
Are you sure that the pins and contacts are lined up properly? You should hear a slight click when they're properly secured in place.

Same issue, support don't care about my problem and keep saying me to return it to their warehouse at my cost

Yeah I’m positive they are, the charger clamps into place and I hear the click.
