My charge 3 is just over a year old and since Sunday the battery has been draining in about 15 minutes. It also has black lines across the display. I tried the suggested tips but they didn't work.

Thanks, I tried all the suggestions, nothing worked so I contacted customer support and as my fitbit is still under guarantee, they are sending me a new one, which I'm happy about.
