My clock face is showing 03.10 when its actually 15.10. Doesnt seem to be anywhere to either change to 24 hour clock or at least get rid of the 0. Does anyone know how to do it?
And agree with other posts - we need date!

You can change to the 24 hour clock but not in the app on your phone. Go to the website dashboard instead and select the gear wheel icon in the top right and select Settings. Scroll down to Advanced Settings and select Clock Display Time. You can then change to a 24 hour clock. Let us know how you go

On a PC log into your fitbit.com account
Click the grey'd gear in the upper right corner (profile)
Scroll up to "Clock Display Time", click the drop arrow to make 12 hour
(double check the Timezone setting as well while you are there)
Remember to hit submit at the bottom of the page.
Next time your tracker syncs should be as you want 😉

I would like to use a 12 hour clock that shows AM and PM do not want a 24 clock. If I use 24 clock I get 1700 hours at 5PM if I switch to 12 hour clock at 5PM I get 0500

That is not the answer to the question, let alone the "best" answer. The problem for which a solution is needed (by me as well) is not that the clock is showing the 24-hour clock or not, but that the clock is 12 hours ahead or behind. Has anyone else had this issue with the Versa 2?

I have the same issue. My Versa 2 has recently started recording my sleep and exercise 12 hours behind when it happened. The clock face time is correct as is the time zone.

My moms Fitbit versa 2 is 12 hours behind too and none of the “time zone” fixes worked. Anyone find a solution ? And she can’t read military time that “best” solution doesn’t work for anyone.

Did you ever figure out the date issue? My Versa 2 is 12 hours ahead.
