My charge 3 did not reset.

@scrum Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 didn't reset. This may happen when there is a change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes). You can restart your device as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
Also please confirm that you have a Charge 3 so I can move it to the correct board,
