My Charge 3 didn’t track my laps

I carried my cell phone today as I ran.  Why didn’t Fitbit track my laps?

Please check your splits settings by following the instructions in this article in the menu "Can I track splits or laps with my Fitbit device?".

 

If you continue having difficulties, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps and once again go for a run to see if the issue was resolved.
