My Charge 3 display is completely blacked out.

Only vibration can be heard and this happened after firmware update to 28.20001.88.11. Screen is blacked out. Tried changing clock faces, as per mobile app it changed. But screen display is black.

My Fitbit is doing the same thing. I put it on the charger and held it for 8 sec. it still isn’t coming on! It vibrates and the app on my phone is working but the face is completely dark!!

Today, the screen gives me the clock face and all other options but only if I double tap. It used to show the screen when I lifted my arm. No more. Tried restart twice. Suggestions? Fit it Charge 3

I have not actually been in contact with customer support. I am posting here in hopes of a resolution. Can YOU help with this problem? Thank you.
