I tried to set up my Charge 3 with Windows 10 for the first time. The set up code (4 numbers) appear as normal and both devices display that are properly synced.
However, my Charge 3 screen displays only a thin white line in the middle of it. Pressing the settings button in the left of the device doesnt change anything.
I unsynced it with my computer and tried again several times, but same things happened.
Could you please advice me how to solve this?
