I have the same problem with my Charge 3 that started today. I checked the charging pins and everything is clean and in tact. Tried different places to charge and tried my friend's charging cord but nothing works. When I plug it in, the smiley face comes on and then the clock etc, but just stays at 1%; the battery does not appear and is not charging.  Also tried to reboot but no luck.  My fitbit is only 10 months old and so I'd really like to fix this issue.  Any help would be appreciated.

User Error... I was using the Fitbit Charge 2 cord and not the Fitbit
charge 3 cord, that I had in the briefcase after charging it last Thursday
while driving!

All good now
THANKS
