My charge 3 has stopped buzzing to remind me to move 250 every hour between 9-6?
I think I have checked everything I can.
Also there is a red banner across the notification saying my phone is not syncing? I have turn my phone off a couple of times but it doesn't seem to make any difference?

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these instructions.
In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:
- Tap the Today tab
, and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.
