I was curious about this issue I have with my heart rate chart in the app. An example of the issue I have is when I’m up and active my heart rate on my watch is accurate and say it shows my heart rate is consistently up at 130bpm and then I go to sync my watch and app the heart rate on the little chart graph thing says my heart rate never went above 100 bpm. I have a condition called POTS and my HR is usually pretty high and my watch usually picks it up but when it comes down to the graph and reviewing the data later it never shows my HR was as high as the watch picked up. I know the HR is accurate as well because I have tested it with a pulse ox.
I have reset my watch and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still happens. It’s happened even on previous devices. I was wondering why the information that syncs to the app is not accurate even though the watch shows and picks up a higher HR.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bee1b.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the heart rate readings synced to your Fitbit account. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
In this case, I would recommend following the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your Charge 3 once again
- Reboot your cellphone
- Log back into the Fitbit app
In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:
