My app is only displaying basic sleep mode contacted fitbit watch replaced but still the same am I missing something

In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps.
