Hi all
This is now my second Fitbit as I was sent a replacement last July. The last one died exactly the same way this one seems to be. Up until now had no problems with this one.
My alarm didn’t go off on my wrist this morning (I rely on it as I have 3am wake up calls for work and don’t want to wake up the OH) I tried to charge it and nothing. So I tried the reset and the smiley face came on and all seemed well. 3 hours later it went black again!! I’ve tried the soft and hard resets. I’ve spoke on chat to someone who told me to update my phone and change the clock face. I can’t change the clock face if it isn’t connecting or turning on can I?! i have followed all the troubleshooting instructions to a T and still no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 doesn't turn on. Thank you for the information provided and for trying different troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue before contacting us.
Like you mentioned, in order to change the clock face it is necessary syncing the Tracker and it must be turned on.
