1. No display
2. Unable to connect
3. No green or red laser (heartbeat detector)
4. after connecting to the charging stand, a "smile" screen will appear for a long press, but the "smile" screen does not restart afterwards, and the device is still paralyzed for the above three points.
how can i fix it?
