My Charge 3 doesn't turn on

Hi

My Charge 3 rapidly change from heartbeat to steps to clock many times a few minutes ago. 
I tried to charge the clock, or i hoped charging will update the hardware but...

After a few minutes of charging the clock, it went totaly dead. I can't turn the clock on and the green light does not light up. Nothing happends when i try to restart the clock, it is totaly dead...

Hopefully i can get a new charge 3 (for the third time....)
