My Charge 3 doesn't turn on

Sadly, my Charge 3 stopped working yesterday. I had been outside doing yard work, and checked my step count when I came in, just before rinsing it off. When I put it on after my shower, it no longer lit up or synced. I tried the charge/reset but no luck -- -no vibration, no display. Any thoughts? It's been incredibly reliable up to this point and was still holding a charge for upwards of 7-9 days.

Trying to order a new Charge 4 with the discount code I received and I get an error when trying to submit the order: Error submitting cart: Error: Request failed with status code 422

 

I see through searching the forum that this is a frequent error. What's the best move to complete my order?
