My Charge 3 doesn’t want to sync with my phone

My watch doesn’t want to sync in with my phone. Done uninstall and reinstalling app. Still doesn’t want to sync in. What to do?

On this case, I would recommend following the steps on this article. If this doesn't help, you can set your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
