So disappointed in Fitbit solution to my faded charge 3 screen issue. Because it was out of warranty, they sent me a 35% discount code to use on my replacement purchase. Unfortunately, when the email arrived with my code, it also told me that I couldn't use it on Fitbit Ace 2, Ace 3 and Charge 5. The charge 5 is the only tracker with the size screen that I wanted, closest to the size and function of the charge 3.
I understand that they wouldn't want to discount a new product at the retail level, but it makes no sense that a customer with a defective product can't use it!? I'd settle for a Charge 4, but they "no longer sell those"
Bad form Fitbit. I am looking at different brands....
