My Charge 3 has a black screen.

A few days, the Fitbit started to show white lines moving up and down the screen. Then the lines went across the screen. Now it is black - displays nothing.

 

The Fitbit is syncing which is good. I can get my data from the app.

 

 I did a reboot - nothing. I changed the clock face - nothing. I tried this on separate days.

 

Please advise what to do now.
