Hi, I know a lot of posts have been submitted about this, but I have gone next-level busted

Hi Edson,
Thanks for the reply. I tried going old-school and left my watch in rice in the hot water cupboard overnight. It shouldn't be a water issue as Charge 3 is waterproof, but I'd try anything right now.
Charged it this morning and hey presto! It worked!
Did a pair and sync...all good BUT...
2 Black lines across the screen and battery flat within an hour.
Recharged. Definitely 100%.
Flat within 2 hours and vibrating like crazy.
Firmware all up to date...
What next please?
