when i charge my charge 3, the screen does not startup. I tried many steps like {
Hi everyone! Please also make sure that your tracker is not on Sleep mode and try the long restart:
but anything does not happen. I click the side key it vibrates only, When I tried to hold the key for 8 sec or more than 8seconds, it vibrated for that duration nonstop.
KIndly help..Screen is black

I actually lost my phone, that's why didn't use the tracker for 2months. After I bought my new phone, I tried to connect and that time I faced that issue. I don't have the warranty but I am willing to pay for the watch to repair.

Currently, there are not reparation centers to fix Fitbit products. The best way to get help for this problem is to contact Customer Support.
