My Charge 3 has a blank screen

hi my charge 3 screen is blackout, but everything still working it's vibrate. I try multiple times to restart with 15 mins long press while charging. Unfortunately, nothing happened.

 

Cannot change the screen clock because my charge 3 is no longer pairing with my Iphone 13. So, I can’t see the pin since my screen blackout.

 

Please help. Thank you 🙇🏻‍:female_sign:
