My Charge 3 has black lines in the screen

My fitbit just did this out of nowhere, it had been perfectly normal the last time I checked it, maybe a half hour before. I have not had a chance to restart it yet but I will soon. If you can't see the picture, it is a white background with black lines and shapes that look like feathers, sort of. I can move it with my fingers up and down and side to side and the lines and shapes change and move in the corresponding directions. Screen goes to sleep faster than usual. Anyone have a similar issue?
