My Charge 3 has died after swimming

Hi. I had a replacement fitbit after my first died after swimming. It was replaced in October 2019. I swam with it for six months until gyms closed in March 2020. First swim back today and flashed erratically,  then died and when I charged it it it is buzzing constantly and not charging.

I pay a premium membership and very disappointed that this has happened to my second device from you.
