My Charge 3 has lines on the screen

My charge 3 has lines running through the top part of the screen making it hard to read anything. This is my 3rd charge 3 each has had issues! Can this be corrected or is this just on its way out? AGAIN! I won't be wasting my money on another one when each one goes wrong.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 has lines on the screen. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your Tracker by following these steps. Whether this doesn't help, you can perform a long restart:

 

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

I tried your suggestions. Sadly my fitbit still has lines running through it. I can't really read the time on the clock face due to the lines! I'm really not happy as I said previously this is now my 3rd charge 3 each having been replaced due to them failing. So this particular device isn't even 3 years old.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I've had the charge 3 and had this happen  twice im on my 3rd watch its all good so far 

It was fully functioning  other than the lines

It's just so annoying, a watch that I can't see the time on! These things aren't cheap and you don't expect them to fail so often. So many people have the same problems you would think something would be done!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I tried this and the Charge 3 did the steps as indicated but the lines are still present
