How do you make screen brighter on charge 3

There is a brightness adjustment on wrist in Settings > Display

If that doesn't make any difference you might accidentally be in Sleep Mode which intentionally keep the screen dim.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mr.TandT and thanks @Mr.TandT for the input.

@Mr.TandT As @JohnnyRow mentioned above, you can go to your Charge 3's settings by sliding the display to the left and tapping on Settings where you can change the brightness. You can also check that the Sleep mode is turned off by pressing the left button for 2 seconds and confirm that Sleep sleep%20modeis disabled. If Sleep mode is enabled, the screen will remain dark and the display won't turn on when you move your wrist.

By the way, I moved your post to the Charge 3 board to keep the Community organized.

Hope this helps!

Hi, @Mr.TandT.

If the display is completely unresponsive or too dim, please try a restart by doing the following:

  1. Connect the Charge 3 to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Plug the Charge 3 into the charging cable again.

Catch you later.
